Use the WASD keys to move and start, use the mouse to aim and shoot, use Q to pick up items (and to swap abilities if random abilities is disabled) and E to use items, use 1,2,3,4 to swap between weapon slots. Different weapons will deal different amounts of damage to enemies. Some weapons are semi-automatic and need to be activated multiple times to shoot continuously, others need to be charged up to fire.
