When I talk about Russia, I’m talking about Putin, the President of Russia, not the people. It is very important to understand the difference. Secondly, if anything on here is wished to be edited, ex. (Mentally upset): -War -Un-aliving -things used to fight in war (Scratch work with me here please) With that let’s continue. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~To start, we should cover some of the history between Russia and Ukraine. In WW2, Russia and Ukraine we are part of the Soviet Union, the Soviet union broke up around the end of World War II, this separated Ukraine from Russia and currently Ukraine has a running democracy with an elected president. Many speculations from people all around the world have said that Putin the president of Russia, is scared of seeing Ukraine with a running democratic government and having the people rebel against Putin. But in reality the speculations could potentially not be true and no one really knows what Putin’s reasoning for this to continue out for so many years. This war has been going on for many years it has been most for up brought up now because other countries have seen what’s going on and been sending reinforcements and supplies to Ukraine to help fight off the Russian forces. It is very important to recognize that some of these people yes some of them might want to take over Ukraine to make it part of Russia but a lot of people just want peace and a lot of Russian restaurants and stores have been not going well people are not going to them anymore just because they’re Russian and it’s important to realize that this is the government not Russia as a whole. That basically covers the background information so let’s move on to what’s going on now. So what’s going on now is that Russia has been sending parts of their army, tanks and a lot of things to fight in war with to the border of Ukraine and there’s a lot of fighting . In Ukraine anyone over 18 years of age who is male must stay in Ukraine and fight against the Russian forces. America along with other European countries are part of NATO. To prevent world war three NATO has decided that they don’t want to send troops to reinforce Ukraine so instead they are sending supplies to help fight off Russian forces. Many families have been broken apart from relatives and family members having to my to leave Ukraine I know that there are places for Ukrainian refugees to stay in the US and a lot of families have been broken apart because of being on the sidelines and the face of the Russian forces. There are many families and just kids who have lost their parents or parents who have lost everyone else. They’re running towards the border of Poland where nado troops are and they’re hoping to get into escape the Russian enforces. Scratch please do not take this down it is very important to me that this word gets out so I’d very much appreciate it if you kept this up because a lot of people have not heard about this and it needs to be heard. Aside from the message I just gave him it’s important to know that a lot of Russians have been getting hate and a lot of people have been hating on them and saying really mean things about them just because of their government.
