There were originally 10 eggs, but five broke along the way. The only 5 eggs that survived were Dandan's siblings' eggs, and later, his own egg. To this day, he still wonders where his mother is, but doesn't want to explore for the fear of getting caught by any humans. [ Personality ] ↣ Although he looks happy, his trust is often hard to gain, especially if you're a human. Dandan can be a bit skittish and nervous if he doesn't know you, unless you manage to ease his nerves in some way or another. When Dandan feels affectionate, he often rests his head in your lap or gently curls around you, but when scared or upset, his eyes can change from aqua green to dark blue, indicating fear.
