Thank You to: @Howtomakeausername and @MathMathMath for the helpful tutorials that taught me the basics for making 3d projects, it helped, a lot! . . . I apologize that it's hard to see, the ears can help you know which way the head is facing. I also made a Green Line that shows where the face is. . . . It took me about a day to make this, and it took 2 separate projects to make this. I started to work on this at night, so I didn't have much time. I messed up the first night, because whenever I tried to rotate the points, then put in the dots, all it would do was make a 3d circle. Turns out I made a mistake. I was supposed to put the dots in a list, then rotate them. But it took time, and I didn't have time. So, the next day, 3/11/2022, I made the head in a very simple way. It wouldn't have perspective or back culling (cuts stuff out when the camera couldn't see it). I made it just by using lines, so it wouldn't need more complicated code for layering.
