Scratch Cat is back and calculating(sorta)! He has learnt a bit and can answer with lightning speed(he is just a sprite but don't tell him that). He took a lesson on prime numbers* and wants to show(off) you how good he is! Just type in a number, no other characters please, and watch Scratch Cat check if it's prime. *The definition of a prime number is above scratch cat. XD :) :) :) :) :) :) Welcome to the scroll down club now scroll up slowly
Made a flowchart got help Thanks to my old maths teacher for what a prime number is. Just a warmup after HUGE break A Reward for Curious People: A Greek guy found out a great way to find the prime numbers from 1 to 100. (You just need to know the first few, which are below)Write down the numbers 1 -100. Then take the number 2( the first prime number) and cross out all multiples of it (but don't cross 2 out). Then take the next prime number, 3, and cross out all the multiples of that. If you don't know the next one, here they are: 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,23,29, and that's all ya need. Continue like that until you can't cross out any more. the ones you haven't crossed out are prime. OK BYE!
