To Produce water, click on your character. Clicking shop will open up your shop to buy scrolls or water wheels. Once you reach 1000 power, a powerful fire lord will challenge you in which you will be given a chance to fight or fail.
This "bending" idea of course isn't mine but the "power generator" idea is mine.
