The purple balls are cancer tumors. Hold left click for continuous shooting and to destroy the tumors. Catch the power up for temporary laser power. REMEMBER, the larger the cancer the more difficult it is to destroy it, in the game and in REAL LIFE. Colorectal cancer can be prevented if found early.
