Up Arrow - Increase speed Down Arrow - Decrease speed Left Arrow - Turn left Right Arrow - Turn right 1 - Select Torpedoes (TPD) 2 - Select Shells (SHL) Mouse - Aim Cannons & Torpedoes Click - Fire selected weapon Hull design based off of the Japanese destroyer Minekaze (Link to wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_destroyer_Minekaze ) Reload of shells and torpedoes are the same as the World of Warships version of the Minekaze, except halved to be a little more fun :)
Still in development... Here's a sort of "to-do list" of fixes/changes/updates • Needs Collision fixes. For instance, it's possible to shoot both shells and torpedoes through the rest of the hull, which normally wouldn't be possible • Wish I could make the movement smoother... Anyone have some tips for that? • Might want to add a ship selection menu, or an enemy to battle > Done! the Battling the Minekaze, as the Nagato, is now possible! • Terrain! Islands, shallow spots, that sort of thing • Border collision is literally the "if on edge, bounce" block... Might want to improve that in the future • Maybe add a knot meter? • Singular Firing: being able to fire one turret or torpedo tube at a time • Possibly add a scrolling mode >Done! Check out my “Warship Simulator - Scrolling Test” project to see it in action • Turret turning speeds. Currently, it's possible to turn every turret on the ship at the speed your mouse can move. Not very realistic Of course, I made this project in a few hours, so it makes sense that it would have a few bugs or possible improvements All scripts have been cleaned up, and all sprites have been labeled!
