No one knows how he was created, even Rakkaen himself doesn't know. Being a heartless machine the Fire King and Queen banished him from the empire, leaving him to wander aimlessly throughout the Neutral Territory. The only key he has to unlocking his past is a Fire Catalyst, which seems to always burn, powering him through the bitter loneliness of the no man's land. He isn't capable of any magic as of now, but it is almost impossible for him to die, as his cybernetic limbs will just repair themselves if any mortal wounds are taken in battle. He walks through the world trying to find a purpose in life, and discover the origin of his past. Oh and did I mention he doesn't have a soul? Yeah, he's trying to get one of those too.
