Requirements: 1 - Must have extensive knowledge of Beluga and other people/persons 2 - Must be able to follow rules and regulations from higher ranks 3 - You will not be able to give Lower ranks unfair orders or you will be demoted 4 - You can not demote or promote people unless you are: NITRO, Beluga's adviser, or Beluga himself. If someone has gone against a rule tell one of the ranks that can promote or demote and they will take care of it. 5 - No swearing, etc 6 - If you are inactive for over a week without telling a high-rank authority you will be put into the inactive rank, when you become active again you can continue. Rank list and authority: (More ranks can and will be added) Soldier: Follows rules from all higher ranks. Is on the fighting ground and in combat, if you are promoted for a higher rank but want to stay in combat tell Nitro, or Beluga Commanders: Can give Basic Orders to Soldiers, Must follow orders from all higher ranks. Not on fighting ground. Officer: Can give orders to all ranks below the officer Trainer: Can train commanders and soldiers, can give basic ranks. Can give orders to commanders and lower Nitro: Can take over if Beluga is not available, Beluga values Nitro's opinions and will take them into consideration. Can give extensive orders to all ranks but Belugas advisers and Beluga Beluga's advisers: Advise Beluga on what they think he should do, and can give orders to everyone but Beluga.
