Unbeknownst to Tamiyo, her older sister, Graliz Khaotz, had survived the battle that had k!lled their parents, and was living quietly in the shadows until she heard of the cult her younger sister had started. She donned a terrifying mask and started taking out members of the cult where she could, and had partially succeeded when an attack on a gathering of Elementals had revealed her powers over ice. She now hunts Tamiyo ruthlessly, either to calm her anger and bring her to justice, or, if absolutely necessary, k!ll her.
