It is the second biggest Hindu festival (Diwali is first)! It is celebrated to show the victory of good over evil. On Holi, many people gather in large groups with colored powder. They throw the powder everywhere (I mean REALLY everywhere) and have lots of fun! This year it is on March 18 (today!). Again... HaPpY HoLi!!!
