This took an hour to do and it was all done on scratch- the gradient feature is very helpful in scratch :D i belive the name of the oc i chose to draw was pluri well hope u like and the one spot of light resembles like its night and your in a building and you have a flashlight and then turn it on just to see the tv head- pluri
