Authors note: This story is inspired by Maddness Combat.(https://madnesscombat.fandom.com/wiki/Main_Page) Diera was originally a world ruled by the Dierains. They looked and act like regular humans. The world was at peace until the sun turned out to be a portal to another universe when it went supernova. In that world were monsters and fire. It's temperature was always increasing. But what came out was a lot worse. The Dire are humanoid creatures that look like they are on fire, with coats. The fire comes in many colors but most are red and black. These entities can create anything from their flames, just by pulling it from their flames, specifically their coats. With this they also have telekinesis. They also have very high intelligence, being able to give people different powers and capable of many technologies. They also can dissipate into flames, both making them re collect lose limbs or organs, to dodge an attack and attack from behind or simply to teleport. As for weaknesses, they can sustain damage like anyone else. Their main weakness is being taken by surprise. Since their arrival they took over the populace and began to experiment on them, giving them different powers but with them often physical or mental disorders. However, most of the time they leave the person they experiment alone, as long as they still obey them in the organization called the Faithful, as workers of some type, usually being paid some amount or another. With new overlords, the hierarchy of peoples have changed in Diera. Lowest on the scale are the clones. These are peoples DNA turned into emotionless, fit and in Dire words "Perfect soldiers". Though some are given powers, almost all are powerless, they are at peak Diera(Human) strength, skill, and speed. However, because their powerless, they are considered slaves and are normally used as meat shields. They can be easily spotted by the hunk of skin covering their face with the Faithful symbol on it. Thier placement of society doesn't bother them, because they "know their place" as one Dire says. Next are the experiments. Experiments are normally in labs and are well contained, with guards everywhere. They however likely live a worse existence then the Clones(momentarily), being experiment and tortured by Dire or other scientists. However they will eventually be released. Next is the Cyborgs, these are Dieras that are giving powers through mechanics. They are considered only as a second meat shield. Third are the Powered Diera. They are given powers without mechanics but like the cyborgs, suffered through Dire experimentation. They are given citizenship and act as a standing army if ordered. Second is the leader of the Faithful, who makes sure the Dieras are loyal. At the very top, are the Dire, act as practical gods over the Diera, have a leader called the Great Mondra, who rules over all. Lives: Clones-extremely tough and often restless. Each having the knowledge that most of them will just be replaced with a new clone. Cyborg-they are citizens but are more considered a second meat shield. Experiment-mostly pain Diera-average life but with some handy powers Leader of Faithful-are given lots of enforcing and reporting. But on their down time, they live like kings. Dire-are given most luxuries but normally ignore them to spark up new inventions or experiments
