EXPLANATION (disclaimer: I suck at explaining my code) Basically what it does is that After a fruit is spun, the system detects if the number is already in the list. If not, it adds the fruit to the list. Then, the voice speaks the number. If it is, we send a message to the spinner, "Hey, the fruit you spun was a duplicate. You should spin again." And then it spins again. It is made possible by wrapping an if then else block into the code, then slap a detector brick on it, then on the top, make the speaking code and the spinning detector code. On the bottom, we place a simple add list block. Also, the spinning sounds are made by the music hand claps.
