Saturday 19th March 2022 - Best night EVER! What happened? Well, I am, like, in LOVE with 80s music. I just love it! And, there was this thing happening on Saturday night called "80s Live" at this theatre-like place that I really like going to. It was basically this band playing a load of 80s songs, and I really really liked the look of it, so we booked tickets to go see it, and I am SO glad we did! I don't think I've had so much fun in a long time! The band had some really talented musicians, and some really talented singers too! I love how for some of the songs they were dressed as the original singers of the songs (I need to know where and how they got those outfits. Like, now). There were also these really cool animations on these screens for each of the songs too. And, oh my gosh, I was doing some serious dancing and serious singing along to the songs! Sure, I probably destroyed my voice with how loudly I was screaming the lyrics (I think my voice may have died a bit a couple of minutes after the show, but it somehow reincarnated), and some of my muscles still hurt after all that dancing, BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!!!! Oh, also, you see that guy on the stage on the right-hand side wearing a hat and sunglasses? Apparently, he's actually from the 80s band Black Lace! How cool is that? Actually being in the presence of somebody from an actual 80s band! I can't remember what he's called though. Oh, and that girl near the back who I drew a circle around? Yeah, that's me, guys! :D I was probably one of the youngest there. Most of the audience was made up of people who were actually alive back then. It was weird, but cool! People in the audience were wearing some pretty cool outfits. I own a "Frankie Say Relax" shirt, which is based on the song "Relax" by Frankie Goes to Hollywood, which is actually one of the songs that played at the show (LOVE THAT SONG), so, of course, I had to wear that. I saw a couple of guys who were also wearing that shirt. I also saw a few "Choose Life" shirts, and a lot of other really cool outfits! So, yeah! That's all I've really got to say about it!
