SCP-9289 object class: KETER SCP-9289 appears to be an abandoned subway station, it was first found in [REDACTED] but entrances have been found in over 40 countries and states. SCP-9289 appears to be a pocket dimension of some sort, it is entered by going down an SCP-9289-b, which is a stairway down to a subway station. It is currently unknown how a stairwell turns into an instance of SCP-9289-b. All known instances of SCP-9289-b have been closed down, and security monitors them at all times. one instance of a class-D entering a SCP-9289-b resulted in them fainting and falling down the stairs, in this instance they did not enter SCP-9289, and rather entered a normal subway station, he told personnel of this over radio, and was about to say something he deemed "Very important" when he yelled out in pain, the radio line then went dead. Whatever the Class-D encountered was deemed SCP-9289-e, and personnel are attempting to find out more about it. Most class-Ds and others that have entered by mistake have told of a mysterious subway train (deemed SCP-9289-C) of varied description. The most interesting description came from a middle aged man, he claimed that the train had eyes instead of headlights, and a mouth with a forked tongue, he claimed that the eyes followed him wherever he went, and the interior had lungs and a heart handing from the ceiling. This description was very out of the ordinary, as most just describe it as a subway train from the area. One interesting note, all trains appear to be made by a company called "knot-reel" there does not appear to be a company by this name mentioned anywhere else in history. SCP-9289-d is a voice that comes from all speakers on the train, when the subject enters the train he announces himself as "Robert Knotreel" and advises the subject to take a seat, if they do not he tells them to do so yet again. if they do not at the second time he tells them that it is "their funeral" the train then inevitably crashes if they still do not take a seat. if they do take a seat the train starts to move, some subjects reported strange sights outside the windows as they moved, and other say that they just saw normal walls. after 5-10 minutes SCP-9289-d tells the subject that it is the last stop, the train then grinds to a halt, and a second SCP-9289 appears, if the subject is lucky, the stairs will lead to a city, if they are not it will lead to a pocket dimension such as SCP-3008, where they are is announced before the doors open.
