Instructions in the game. And yes, you can use up and down keys to move the tornado while attacking. The number under the tornado is your health and the number under the house is the CPU's health. Inside the code shows an explanation of the code and what to change to make the game easier or harder. Also, the difficulty changes the speed of the CPU. The smaller the number the faster the CPU is. The default is 10. The CPU will get a shield every once in a while
