Note: Oh my gosh we might actually finish on time-! Everybody do TNEs and outro art and finish your parts aa-! 2 parts left that I need! <33 ALRIGHT SCRATCH WEEK IS 2 WEEKS AWAY, I WANT Y'ALL DONE BY THE MONDAY BEFORE SO I CAN RELEASE ON THE DAY OF! <33 Hey guys! So, yes, I’m aware I’m already running a MAP (which at this rate won't be done till NEXT Christmas), but Scratch is getting ready to celebrate its 15th birthday and I couldn’t think of a better way to join in the celebration than to gather Scratchers together in a Scratch-themed MAP! <3 So here we are! Each part is labeled below for what would be in it (Scratch sprites in your style, Scratch Team members, your OC, etc.) Without further ado, let's begiN! <3 Rules: - No art theft - All art has to be your own - It can be AMV/PMV or animation, whatever works for you - This is totally beginner-friendly! Just ask for a part or backup and it's yours <3 - YES IT ALL HAS TO BE IN A SPRITE. Please only one. If you REALLY need two you can have two but that’s it. No backgrounds. -Must be a remix - Please DON'T remix unless you're making a part, submitting art for the outro, or making a TNE. - If it's a part labeled 'sprites', you are supposed to draw the specified sprites in your style using the og sprites as references, NOT just use the og sprites in your part. - All parts should be finished by May 1st, because May is when Scratch is celebrating its birthday and this should be done by then. It'd be nice if we were done early. - HAVE FUN!!!!! - Only one part a person, sorry. You can have up to 2 backups though. - This isn't a rule but if you have any questions about these rules or others, drop them in the comments <33 TNE Requirements: - The biggest text should be "Celebrating 15 Years of Scratch" or "Happy Birthday Scratch" or something like that. This could be with Scratch Cat holding up a banner like in the thumb. - MUST have Scratch Cat (Whether the sprite or the ST member, it doesn't matter which). Any of the listed ST members may be on it as well as long as you stick to their character refs, but I would recommend using the trademark Scratch sprites instead (maybe holding up blocks of code). - Must say "Roar - Completed MAP" somewhere on it with "Hosted by -TrueGryffindor89- written smaller (preferably under it) - If you want to be part of the outro, here's what you do: Make a piece of art following all the TNE requirements except for where it has to say 'Roar' and host of the MAP (please don't put that on an outro part). Label the remix 'Outro Art Submission.' The outro is going to be a compilation of art with Scratch Cat, scratch sprites (prefferably the trademarks, specified later on) or ST members, and "Celebrating 15 years of Scratch" or "Happy Birthday Scratch." You have creative freedom with this as long as you follow those guidelines. You MAY put your OC(s) in an outro submission as long as it also includes some of the characters or text previously listed, but you may NOT put your OC(s) in a TNE. Part GUIDELINES (This does not have who has signed up for each part, only the guidelines): Intro: Credits Part 1: Scratch Human Sprites coding (Can be switched to OCs) Part 2: Scratch Cat Superhero (May include other sprites or your OCs) Part 3: Your OC (perhaps moments in your Scratch Journey) Part 4: Scratch Sprites Socializing (Scratch Cat, Giga, Pico, etc. - the trademark sprites) Part 5: Scratch Team (Ceebee, Scratch Cat, ItzLinz, Carpeediem, Zinnea (refs inside) (please use only those listed! They are the only ones whos permission I have to use their characters) ) Part 6: Someone coding (Scratch Human Sprite or OC) Part 7: Scratch Team (As listed in Part 5) Part 8: Scratch Journey (Your OCs) Part 9: Fantastical Scratch Sprites (Such as fairy, dragon, elf, goblin, griffin, unicorn, etc.) (Could be substited for a Scratch Journey) Part 10: Sprites working together (Scratch Cat, Giga, Pico, etc - the trademark sprites) (Can be substituted for OCs if necessary) Part 11: Your Scratch Journey (OCs) Part 12: Scratch Team (Listed in Part 5, refs inside) Outro: Misc.
