Every day we are presented with situations and opportunities that allow us to choose how we will respond. Sometimes you'll find yourself in situations that are easy to choose kindness, like when helping someone we care about or cheering on a friend. Sometimes we may find ourselves in situations where it feels difficult to choose kindness in that moment, like when you're having a bad day or you feel angry. And you may not always respond in the best way or the way you intended. But we can learn from those moments and choose to do better the next time.
