When the dead line comes the person who hosted the DTA will chose the winner(s) -- A DTA Stands for D= Draw T= To A= Adopt -- If you win a character then that design becomes yours and you can do whatever you want with it. Rotating DTA - It's pretty much the same thing as a normal DTA but every so often the designs will change. Everything else is the same.
