CW: flash warning + slight chromatic abberation bio: name- chimera ("a thing that is hoped or wished for but in fact is illusory or impossible to achieve") pronouns- she/they/xe gender- gender non-conforming age- 16 lifespan- immortal personality- imaginative, has trouble getting out of their comfort zone, ambitious but anxious which gets in the way of the ambition, ambivert, tends to daydream story: chimera has always wanted to go to the surface of the sea, they think about it every day and dream about it every night. xe are powerful enough to be considered a god (or something i dunno-), if they just traveled up, she’d have everything xe could ever want. unfortunately, chimera struggles with getting out of their comfort zone, and is too anxious to leave xyr den most of the time. one day though, she finds a beautiful necklace sinking down into the sea outside xyr den. they work up the courage to go out and get it. that night, she wears the necklace as proof to xemselves that it’s safe to leave, and they travel up to the surface.
