Hey, Scratchers. I'm going to take a break from Scratch. I don't know for how long, or if I'll be coming back. I've been hearing a lot about how people keep having their art stolen and other Scratchers being really mean to them and pressuring them to keep making art. That's NOT okay. Art is made FOR THE ARTIST, NOT THE VIEWER. Hours, days, even WEEKS go into making each masterpiece. STEALING them is the best way to make an artist give up their amazing talent out of frustration and hurt. ART THEFT HURTS SOMEONE. This makes me really upset, and I don't know if I want to be on a site where that keeps happening. I know there are amazing Scratchers out there who are supporting everyone and thoroughly discourage art stealing and mean behavior, and I thank you all for doing what you're doing. I love Scratch. It is the first place I ever shared my art with the world in general. I've been using it for nearly seven years. But now... I think it's time for me to explore other art-sharing sites. I'll still be hanging around, but I won't be an active part of the community. Thank you all for being part of my Scratch journey.
