Civil War: Establish and invade states! x100 IS THE MAX FOR TRAINING MILITARY To establish or invade a state, ask in the comments. Only 1 state per person. Only I decide the outcome. If you are involved in a war, you can: 1. Train your military 2. Agree to a cease fire 3. Surrender If both states agree to a cease fire, the other state must halt its invasion of the opposing state. If your state successfully gets invaded, you must find new land and establish a new state.
