Basically the story goes like this. — Piper met this other wolf whom he came to like and be very protective of, but this wolf had some *issues* of their own that they didn’t tell him about. One day Piper walked in on them trying to off themselves, and because Piper has a couple of lights up there that aren’t switched on, the way he saw it was; someone is trying to hurt them, they are trying to hurt themselves, I can’t let them do that, I have to save them. If I can word it in that way. He killed them trying to protect them from themselves, and then of course was confused as to really, who he had killed. Once he realized he had killed his friend, he was arrested, and went insane. He now speaks to himself a lot and addresses himself using We/Our. A phrase he repeats constantly is “We was only trying to protect her.” (Yes I know it’s ‘were,’ this is just how he talks.)
