This project was inspired during the pandemic because I would always get anxious and have a breakdown because I was not used to online learning and found it difficult to get used to but luckily my mum the tech expert was there to help me, my friends also helped a lot to and gave the time and space I needed and last but not least my teacher who by far helped me the most and reduced my work schedule and also set up extra meetings to help me cope. This was obviously not good for my mental health because I kept holding my anxiety inside waiting for someone to ask me how I feel. My teacher noticed me holding back my anxiety and was the someone who asked me how I felt and after that the burden of holding back my anxiety was never a problem again
