On November 1st, 2018, FACFOUND's negotiations with all american cable and satellite providers to renew FACTV failed, leading to FACTV USA ending transmissions a week later. The only of these cable and satellite providers still carrying FACTV USA was Dish, since their contract with FACFOUND would end on August 1st, 2019. On July 31st, 2019, at 11:59 PM EDT, FACFOUND's non-renewed contract ended, and with low ratings and the lack of incentive to keep FACTV USA running, FACTV USA shut down. This is a rare recording from a partially scratched DVD-R that found its way to a landfill in Maracaibo, Venezuela. After these events, FACTV moved its english programming to the internet.
