(do- do ya get it? pepper? and hes a ghost? no, no you dont get it? ok thats fine) and he's a mischeivous ghost who can only be seen in reflective surfaces, and only by those who are special enough to see ghosts in the first place. he seeks out those special people, but they're hard to come by. so he'll just surpress his mischeivous nature until he finds the perfect victim for his pranks...
