This is the next project you should remix: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/678352040 (by @Atheum) For the Hallows Eve of 2022, I propose a collaborative animation effort, but not just any collaborative animation effort... A collaborative animation effort with obnoxiously convoluted rules, huzzah! (which you should definitely read or this is gonna get very confusing, very quickly) So... Here's how it goes- Basically this is going to end up as one long remix chain, one person will claim the next remix of the project in the comments and then that person will be in charge of animating/arting the next part of the song. Only one person will be allowed to remix at a time(which means you will have to wait for a remix to be completed before you can create your own remix of that remix). When someone claims a remix just put "@ username, has claimed the remix" in the project description so no one ends up accidentally remixing the project and wasting their time or something. What you will be doing in the remixes- When you remix a portion of animation you are not allowed to skip ahead and animate another part of the song, just simply pick up where the last portion of animation left off so you can continue whatever remnants of story line that may or may not still exist as you see fit. You ARE allowed to draw over animation that other people have created, BUT(important rule here-) you are not allowed to delete/erase anything that anyone else has created, for example, if someone had created a sketch of an animation(like I have, for example) you can go over it and ink it, color it, add more frames or anything else as long as you don't erase anything(you can erase the underlying sketch as long as you have created something over it based on the sketch). You can paint nice backgrounds for the animation. You can make an incredibly detailed sculpture out of garbage for one specific smear frame. You can (tastefully)scribble over the nice drawings other people have made(I personally think this adds an element of risk to the jumble...(but you should definitely ASK the original artist if you can scribble on their work and basically make it null and void for the rest of the jumble)) Basically you can do anything you want as long as it is only adding to the drawings and not deleting/erasing anything. As for what you should animate, the basic storyline is that this jaundiced, twig of a zombie man is on a quest for something(you can decide what that something is) and the only thing that you need to keep in mind is that zombie dude has to be the main character throughout the animation. That being said, literally anything can happen, new characters can be added who's purposes are either to help or hinder the main character(but they have to be your characters, or you have to get permission to use them if they aren't yours) or random and spontaneous scene changes(flying sheep-men abduct zombie man and take him to their home dimension on a beam of light or something). Deadlines and whatnot- No matter what progress has been made on the animation, this ends on Halloween(meaning if you have the remix on Halloween, you need to share it by midnight). AND if the entire song has been filled with animation before Halloween(whether that be rough sketches of animation or PMV style storyboard) the only thing you can do is add on to whatever everyone has already made. AND then, by the end of Halloween, we should hopefully have a horrifying animated amalgam of an AMV that will probably ruin this song for a whole lot of people... ...Alrighty, feel free to ask any clarifying questions in the comments, but for now, someone can go ahead and claim the very first remix. (also I think this goes without being said, but make your animations spooky... because, Halloween.) Okay, I'll stop it with the rules now. Oh, and when this gets to a point where there are too many frames for peoples' computers to handle, the remix chain will branch off into smaller chunks which will then be assembled on Halloween, but we'll get to that when we get to that.
