"Trans women" do not belong in women's sports. They are biologically men, who therefore have biological advantages because they're... uh, men. And I don't care about the garbage you want to make up, "Oh yeah, she's a woman because she says she's a woman." Well, saying so doesn't make it fact. What if I just said that two plus two equals five? That would be wrong. Two plus two equals four, has always equaled four, and will always equal four. That is a mathematical fact that cannot be changed. Men have biological advantages that cannot be overlooked. Because of the hormone testosterone, men have a greater muscle mass (and although hormone therapy does change this slightly, it doesn't do this enough. The testosterone levels for "trans women" to compete are five times higher than the regular hormone levels of women), not to mention the difference in bone structure that makes men physically faster. (and no, this is not sexist, it's a biological fact) Because of these advantages, these men end up hammering women in their sports. I do track and field, one sport that is being infiltrated by "trans women." I imagine, working super hard to be able to qualify for the divisional team (which I did) and being able to make it (which I didn't). Now if I imagine myself at Divisonals, and run my race, and completely smash my personal record, and do amazingly, but my spot at state is stolen by a man, who should not be there, how would I feel? I would feel cheated, outraged, and I would speak out about it! What about my other sport, figure skating? What if I made it to a super high level in that sport (which I won't, but let's pretend) It's been shown, many times over, that men have a greater capability for landing harder jumps. Men land quads all the time, Kamila Valieva only managed it because she was doping (and she fell on the quad in her short program) Now what would happen if a man were to compete against women? He would be able to land quads, and even if his program was worse than some of the women's, he would still win because of the technical points he amassed from his higher-level jumps. This is not fair to the women who spend their whole lives working toward something, only to have it stolen from them by a man, who should not be there! Or how about Rachel Levine, the "woman of the year," were there no real women good enough for that post? Are you saying that men are better at being women than women are? Calling this 'women's empowerment' just makes me sick. It's doing quite the opposite. Or how about changing rooms and bathrooms? Biological men are being allowed in women's bathrooms and changing rooms. There are guys "identifying" as female, just so they can get inside those "safe spaces" and target women. How bad is this, when you have to carry a knife with you into the SCHOOL bathroom (and yes, I do this) to make sure you don't get attacked by a man who is pretending to be a woman to get to you? Do you people even understand what that does to you mentally? Prayers to all of you. For the people who are confused to find solace and someplace for them, for the cheaters to see their wrongs and so something to right them, and to the world, so that it might be mended and we can live in a place that is... right.
