After clicking the green flag, click the stage at least 3 times to choose a set of points. Then click the GO button. Black dots will then be placed by a sprite which will continually select a random point from your chosen set and jump half way to that point.
If you want the drawing to go faster, try Turbo Mode. Hold down shift and click the green flag.
