(yes this is a redo, i found a much better way to do it and it's with some improved writing :D /pos /gen) i: basic questions ii: personality iii: roleplay sample iv: notes ✎ ╰┈➤ i a ღ The kit I’m applying for is Skippykit! <3 b ღ I'm sort of new to TFCRP, as in I have one character that is currently my first- Gossamerhoot! (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/667372943) c ღ I’ve left without notice once, for about a month. It was due to a mix of mental health issues and family issues, but it’s rare that I’ll do it again without an alert. d ღ I'm currently in two roleplays! Destroyed Paths and TFCRP :) e ღ In my opinion, I feel like I'm good at handling my time and messages between roleplays! I've tackled about 30 messages at once before bwhaha, and I adore both my characters <3 f ღ mm takes an hour to do math* My average is about 22, but most of the characters I have started off young, and then the roleplay died :,) ╰┈➤ ii a ღ detailed personality Always a troublemaker at heart, Skippykit will forever be a radiator of optimism and mischief wherever she goes and however she grows. She’s the type to leave an obvious trail behind her pranks and stop it at a dead end, giggling the whole time. There’s cautiousness and recklessness, and young Skippykit falls on the latter end of the scale. While others may have complex moral codes that cause a need for internal argument, this tan kitty has a more… straightforward option. She follows a strict ‘no think, just do’ rule, which usually manages to land her in a heap of trouble; Skippykit doesn’t mind this in the least, however. As a matter of fact, she takes great pride in her impulsiveness and ability to act on pure emotion- she follows her heart, not her head. Only the rules that are convenient for Skippykit matter in her little world, and danger is /not/ very convenient. Following this logic, Skippykit will rush headfirst into anything without needing to worry about the consequences of whatever situation she is in, which generally acts as a vice on her part. Acting solely on emotion makes her oblivious to her surroundings and how other cats may be affected by her impulsiveness, but once this brown kitten is on a roll, nothing can get in her way. Her pranks are usually quite insensitive and childish, and she usually comes up with them on a whim. As a wonderful bonus, Skippykit will spend hours planning elaborate schemes, but she won’t prepare for any of the flaws or physical risks in her plan. Skippykit’s small stature and large blue eyes make her undeniably adorable, and she uses this to her advantage in order to befriend others. Seeing as one of her main goals is to become friends with every cat in the forest, it’s no surprise that Skippykit is, outwardly, a very approachable and friendly cat. She’ll easily walk up to anyone and strike up a conversation, and the small kitten generally radiates a positive warmth that can easily make you feel a bit at ease with her. Like her pranks, Skippykit exhibits a very lighthearted nature when talking, and often teases others (jokingly, of course). However, if Skippykit senses discomfort, she’ll usually back off, though she loves cheering others up. And if they’re not taking it, Skippykit can be stubborn as a mule. This stubbornness isn’t left without a virtue, and despite her trickster nature, Skippykit can keep a secret for eternity if she needs to. She would never even dream of exploiting someone else’s weakness- in fact, even if you were the enemy and a huge threat to the Clan’s wellbeing, Skippykit would not expose your secret. She’s forgiving of everyone, even the worst villains, as she believes that everyone has a little goodness inside of them. Skippykit’s energy is infinite and extraordinarily contagious. It could be the stroke of midnight, and she’d be bright and chipper as ever, ready to take on the world. Basically, Skippykit is a hyped up bundle of energised fur with legs. b ღ summarised personality [ + ] friendly, trustworthy, forgiving [ = ] rambunctious, extroverted, lighthearted [ - ] impulsive, reckless, troublemaker c ღ mannerisms + voice Skippykit isn’t ashamed of any of her mannerisms, so she doesn’t take the necessary time to clear up any unwanted habits. She’s an extremely fidgety cat, always restless and never able to sit still. Today, her eye is twitching; tomorrow, she won’t stop bouncing her leg. Skippykit is also very expressive with her eyebrows, having a tendency to use her brows instead of the customary body language associated with cats, and it isn’t very rare for her to bite and pick at her claws when she’s nervous. This can cause some problems later on in life, and it wouldn’t be unheard of for Skippykit to have some very damaged claws. When the kitten gets excited, she acts a bit like a dog, tongue lolling with large ears flopping. It’s quite comical, really. Aside from relentless teasing, the small kit is bound to give anyone she meets a childishly crude nickname.
Skippykit has a very light Australian accent, but she uses a bit of American-styled country wording (a bit odd, but it is what it is)- she enunciates certain words with an Australian accent, but in accordance with her country counterpart, Skippykit frequently uses the word “ain’t” (her favourite word, in fact!) and doesn’t usually say the ‘g’ in many words (i.e. being becomes bein’). However, she doesn’t have the necessary country accent when pronouncing the words, and her tone is very high pitched. Because of this, she has quite a funny sounding voice. d ღ mental disorders + phobias Photophobia: (eye discomfort in bright light) Bright light causes Skippykit discomfort, and during the day she usually squints, looks down, or quickly averts her gaze from anything bright. For now, bright lights don’t do any damage to her vision, they just make her very uncomfortable and stressful. Ophidiophobia: (fear of snakes) Oddly enough, lizard-and-frog-loving Skippykit despises snakes with all of her being. One mention of a snake and the brown kit can, uncharacteristically, go into an extremely stressed state which is quite hard to get out of. If she sees a snake, she runs, and it’ll take a lot to get her to come back. Acrophobia: (fear of heights) Skippykit, being short, isn’t exactly used to heights, and can go into an anxious panic attack when associated with very tall heights. You’ll never see her climb a tree or look at the beautiful view from a mountaintop. To her, heights are associated with danger and extreme fear, and she doesn’t want anything to do with them. e ღ personality types MBTI: ESTP-A - 96% extroverted - 62% observant - 55% thinking - 90% prospecting - 78% assertive Demeanour: Sweet and Childlike Enneagram: Enthusiast-Challenger Alignment: Chaotic Good - 43.3% good - 76.7% chaotic Temperament: Sanguine - Choleric: 11/24 - Melancholic: 5/24 - Sanguine: 24/24 - Phlegmatic: 13/24 f ღ other nicknames: Skip Skipper Skippy Skippykit has a scent of saltwater mixed with a cool, misty greenhouse-type scent. It’s oddly refreshing. ╰┈➤ iii a ღ roleplay sample Opaque morning sunlight trickles into the den like creekwater, illuminating the soft feathers that adorned so many nests; coincidentally, one of said nests was Skippykit’s, and the kitten was harshly awoken by blinding white feathers. Blinking away exhaustion and desperately trying to adjust to the brightness of the nursery, the little brown she-kit opened her round, pale-blue eyes to a bright, cloudless cornflower-blue sky. The change in light made her squeal; her gaze quickly darted to the dark, cool colored ground. Just waking up, the discomfort was quite unbearable- how nice it would have been to have a cloudy, rainy day. Of course!- Her secret spot! That would be a perfect place to go, plus she could talk to Stinky Fox-Brain. Following a large sneeze, Skippykit was off, tumbling through patches of grass in the camp in order to get to her destination. With the blind assumption that everyone was awake, the selected spot in question would be a prime place to be this bright morning. The area was a pretty grass patch with tangerine-colored mini blossoms, likely weeds, dotting it; it overlooked a running creek. Alas, upon arrival, Skippykit couldn’t find her trusty companion (who, for now, is going by the alias of Stinky Fox-Brain). Knowing the brown and tan she-kit, waking up early was out of the question, so she had to resort to… /other/ theories as to why Stinky Fox-Brain wasn’t here. In fact, Skippykit hadn’t spotted anyone on her clumsy trek- of course! How could she have been so daft? A new, enrapturing thought popped up in her head, and this time Skippykit didn’t dismiss it. In fact, it was genuinely a decent theory (well, what she /thinks/ a decent idea is, anyways)- every cat in the Clan was hiding, ready to throw Skippykit a surprise party in honour of her awesomeness and new role as leader! The kitten’s nose twitched in uncontrollable exhilaration as she poked her head into /every/ nook and cranny in camp. Oddly enough, there were no cats waiting to jump out, yelling ‘Oh, Skippykit! Here’s your surprise party, because you’re awesome! Oh, and you’re Skippystar, ready to make new rules for the whole world to follow!’. /Huh. That’s not right. Maybe they’re just waiting for the right time to surprise me./ Reassuring herself, Skippykit plopped down onto the ground and waited. Minutes passed. Growing drowsier by the second, the sandy colored she-kit closed her eyes- for only but a moment! “Is okay… ‘ll open my eyes in a s’lit second…” mumbling, she fell onto her side, snoring loudly as she entered the world of deep sleep. Though it was much too early for her small body to handle, Skippykit would never forget the day everyone disappeared and she missed her awesome surprise party. ╰┈➤ iv notes ღ u better choose someone awesome for skippy! she deserves it >:0 /pos /gen i'll also do research for her phobias if i win her <33 /gen
