Here's my story for Dusk! Knox Male 4 in animal years - - - Knox was an only child with his father and mother. And when he was younger, a traveling merchant came to his village telling incredible stories of his travels. Knox became more and more amazed as he listened to this merchant as they sold their wares, and he decided when he came of age that he wanted to become an explorer. As soon as the merchant started packing up his wares for the night, Knox ran to his mother and father and told them of his dreams of becoming an explorer. They were shocked at this and reprimanded him, and said that when he grew up, he was to become a noble and marry someone rich. Knox was shocked to hear about his parents' plans for him, and he was not going to go through with them. He couldn't imagine a life where he went nowhere and learned nothing new except for the expensive books he would have lying around the house. As he laid in his bed, he realized the merchant was leaving early the next morning, and there was no way he was going to continue living a planned out life. He opened his window and flew out in the dark of the night, towards the merchant's cart and hid himself among the wares, and successfully escaped. The merchant eventually found him, but allowed him to stay because of his story. He now travels worldwide with the merchant, and enjoys every moment.
