Drive the mail truck with arrow keys. (up or down will send you up or down rows/streets) You have 2 minutes to collect as many envelopes as you can. If you can collect them REALLY fast, it will just become a game of catch the envelope. Oh, and also, if you go to the bottom street and try as hard as you can to get off the screen, you will go off the street, and you can mess around in that form. (you can still go up and down streets, exept a little lower.)
