Directly to earth, the land of the living. The world Gaia created. Bang. Well, that hurt. Hit the ground quite hard. Nothing broken though. I'm fine. Who...?? WHO IS THAT?! I flung myself up. A Spirit. A Soul. "BEGONE, BEING!! I WILL NOT LET YOU TAKE MY LIFE TODAY!! ARGG!!" I leaped at them, and felt my face hit the ground. Hard. I was dizzy. I searched around. They were gone. Ah well. I looked around for something. Anything. I sniffed around a little, before laying down. I was exhausted. It was morning again before I knew it. I wandered around a bit, flew around a couple of times, didn't find anything of interest. I walked around a bit, before digging a shallow, dusty, collapsing burrow. I climbed out of it, and there they were. The same Soul. Again. Round 2, bub. Were those...?? Roses...?? Dead ones, though. Eh. Doesn't matter. He gently laid them in front of me. "Er... Hello." I had to say something, didn't I?? It was getting awkwardly quiet. "H-Hello- I-" He had stuttered. "I-I got you s-something- You don't have to like it I-" He nudged the shriveled roses over to me. I just glanced around awkwardly as he turned his head to my burrow. "Need help...??" He asked me calmly. I guess... Well... I did. "Yes- Thank Gaia you're here I really need help-" Before I even finished, he began to rapidly dig into my burrow. He dug near the roots of the flowering tree next to it, expanded it, added in some small root supports by pushing smaller roots into place. I watched, before leaping in to help. Next morning already?? I must have passed out. Well, there he was. Sitting inside, at the entrance to my brand-new, beautifully decorated, warm, comfortable, semi-safe burrow. Guarding it, I'm guessing. I sigh softly, before going back to sleep. It feels nice, not having to fight somebody... Crash. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
