♆ Blade Of Stars ♆ AT + Process ♆ ♆ Hey everyone! This is an art trade with @XPertFox1, this is her character Starblade! :) ♆ ♆ @XPertFox1 - I hope you like this! This was so fun to draw, even if it took a while lol- also this is such a cool character design?? I love it ^^ ♆ ♆ 1. I start with a really rough sketch just so I get a basic idea of where to put things- otherwise the anatomy is completely off (I mean, my anatomy is always a bit off but you know what I mean) ♆ 2. After that I draw a more precise sketch to show the clothes, facial feature placement, etc ♆ 3. I actually really like the lineart here :0 probably because I used pen pressure with an Apple Pencil instead of my wobbly finger XD ♆ 4. Colour! Stars on blade are from Google ♆ 5. Shading layer one ♆ 6. Shading layer two ♆ 7. My favourite part, lighting! (and sword details) ♆ 8. I didn’t want to make this too long so I just kind of out the whole background in one step,, anywhere here is our background ♆ 9.
