Really quick and easy animation because I have Covid and am very bored. But really, this is an issue in pitching where sometimes you overextend your arm and it does hurt. I’ve fixed it, so it was hard to force myself to hit my hip, but I was pitching at full speed. The reaction was real, but I was not pitching a ball though.
