He tried his best to find signs in anything and everything. This just led to his Classmates ostracizing him, they don't believe a thing he says anymore. One day he notices a new apprentice is with his mentor. This cat can talk to StarClan, unlike him. He grows bitter and jealous overtime and eventually is switched to warrior training by his mentor, who has chosen to take on this new cat as their apprentice. He is terrible at hunting, but shows dedication and a ferocity in battle that aids him in training. One day, while out on a walk through RiverClan territory he spots the new medicine cat apprentice. His jealousy and bitterness, after festering for moons, has finally boiled over and he pounces on the cat. StarClan chose this cat over him and in doing so ruined his destiny as a medicine cat. He blames this cat for everything and can no longer hold back. They roll and wrestle together near the river. The cat yowls for help. He sinks his teeth into the cat's neck. Everything seems to slow down as flesh rips. The cat splashes into the shallows of the river, their body shudders and then goes still. The water laps at his paws, blood swirls in the clear water turning it red. He twitches his ears hearing the pounding of paws as a patrol crashes through the reeds. They heard the screams of the apprentice and ran to help. He lifts his head sharply. A cat muffles their cry as they see the apprentice's body lying in the water. The other, enraged, dashes at him, but he dodges the reckless charge easily. He turns to face the warrior. Who, recovering, hisses at him. Suddenly pain corses through his back as a cat crashes into him, and holds him by the scruff. The other warrior slashes his claws across his flank. He screams in pain and goes limp. --- Might change later, who knows. ^^
