Click the green flag. Dear Developers, read everything below to understand how to use the sheet. Seeing your tasks:- For example, if I was @HYPERCHARGE1111 - I would find my name, HYPER on the second line. Then, I would find a box with the word modeling since that is Hyper's job. Then, I would click anywhere inside the square with the word. Then, if my user were to be @HYPERCHARGE1111 - it would take me to my list and I can see what work I need to do. The list will contain the work you will be doing till they are finished, and you can take as much time as you need to maintain a good life and create work. The list might get changed after you finish the work on another list depending on if I need more work to be done. 2. Seeing what days to do work. When you see a square on your line of the grid that has a word in it - that means you should work when you can fit in the time. (of course, check what you have to do by following the steps above) Look at the top of the sheet to see the days of the week. If it is on the same vertical line as that square - you have to do that work on that day. For example, berry has Planning on the sixth square on his line. Two squares above that square on his line; it says Saturday. Therefore he has to do planning on Saturday.
A project with a worksheet describing when developers can/will work and what they will do on that day. This project is reserved for developers.
