Use Arrow keys and space for the Red tank and WASD and F for the blue tank. The goal is to shoot the other tank but not die yourself. The number in the top left is who has won the last rounds. For example, if the number is 1-2- that means Tank 1 (The red one) won the first round because the first number is 1, but Tank 2 (The blue one) won the second round because the second number is 2. There is a is a lot of customizable features in the code near the beginning.
All the code was made by me, but it was heavily inspired by "Combat," from the atari.
