Ruffian is a racehorse, known as "Queen Of Fillies". She was only a filly when she started racing. She died when she was only a filly, in a racing accident. She broke her leg and refused to get healed. That resulted in her death. She is buried near Belmont Park, her nose pointing towards the race track.
