CTA. I filmed it, finally, and holy hell was it a horrid piece of sh*cutoff beep* Anyway, it ran horribly, it was quick though. Hope they realize they are neglecting their elevator and they decide to fix it. UPDATE: This elevator has gotten worse. I filmed it again and it is now slower. There is now spray paint in it and it now makes banging and still makes creaking noises.
