My favorite racehorse if Ruffian, because she is one of the only mares who raced, and because she has such a sad story... Ruffian was only a BABY, a FILLY, when she raced. On her 11th race, a one-on-one race, she broke her leg...they tried to fix it, but Ruffian refused to cooperate(dunno if right spelling) ... they had to put her down, and she died when she was only a FILLY. They do have the video of that race, I say DON'T WATCH IT, because it WILL make you cry! BTW the horse on the cover is Secretariat, the 3rd greatest racehorse of all time, according to Google
