!ANNOUNCEMENT! : I am sadly no longer going to update this version of the game any longer instead I am going to recreate this with 3D walls, even with a brand new graphics slider to adjust the quality of your game to suit your device! If you want to add your own custom car or map remix my project delete everything and make whatever map/car sprite you would like and ill add it to the game as long as it ya'know actually looks like a car. devlog1: These are my first editions. So far I've nearly finished the calculation for where the car is supposed to go. The wheel system is highly accurate compared to real life. While a bit difficult to control it is easy to learn. devlog2: actually tried the controls and their terrible.! Had to refine them so much just to make it barely playable. devlog3: fixed several glitches. (facing 90 degrees when not holding forward.) (turning crazy amounts after not moving then going.) devlod4: I worked hard and I got a lot done. you don't just spin super mega fast when you hold W and one of the turning keys and I've added a button to disable and enable variables for better understanding and learning while still having the option of a more immersive experience. devlog5: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to make the brakes checking work so I had to re-write like a third of the programming for the car and fix it, I also made dust which was a pin cause I had to make 2 variables just for the car to fart dust when you hit the brakes fast. (also I made a nice forest map so it fits the road trip theme better :D ) devlog6: this update was purely visual, I added nighttime and daytime. I also adjusted the smoke a bit so there is even more variation. devlog7: WHAT!? I took a break from scratch for about 3 days and over that time I've managed to gain at this time 467 views which is just completely INSANE. I went from having not too much hope for this project too overjoyed. I will continue to update this game for quite a while. I have also listed too what people have said and made the car a bit easier to control. you don't swerve like crazy but at the expense of making it pretty difficult to drive straight. devlog8: boi! I leave for ONE WEEKEND ONE and I got 1000 views to thank you all so much for favoriting my game so that it can be seen by more people! This is complete hype for me didn't expect this mutch over like 3 days. (I also added customizable car sensitivity using the P key) What should I add next is really what I'm wondering I know my games are buggy and kinda boring after a while so instead of saying "this game is SO bad" just tell me what it needs so I can add it and you can have a better experience next time.
