Lily turned over "ugg Cooper stop poking me." there was no reply. Then she opened her eyes. It was dark and there were soot covered trees all around her "... Cooper?" Lily looked down at the dark ashy ground "where am I?" she pawed at the ground, then looked up, "... am I dead?" ~~~ Spotpaw ran through the forest calling out as he went "Greenlight! Greenlight! Arg why does she never come when I want her to." He looked and saw a yellow cat "Hey! Duck! Where's Greenlight?" Duck shrugged and said "dunno. She could be by the bo-river" "You are horrible at keeping secrets. Where is she?" "... the border." "Great sta-" "Don't say that here." Duck said then turned away. ~~~ Lily started wandering around. She called out "is anyone here?" There still was no reply. Then she heard someone yelling "Greenlight! Are you here?" Lily went towards the voice, and saw a white cat with cyan eyes "hello?" she meowed. "GREEEEEEEEE-" The cat looked down at her and gasped. Lily shrunk away "did I do something wrong?" "..." ~~~ Spotpaw stared down in shock at... himself. He shook his head and grimaced "No. You haven't." [At least not yet...] he thought to himself. "oh. do you know where Cooper is?" Spotpaw took a step back and [oh right. Fishpaw was called Cooper] "No I do not. Do you know where Greenlight is?" ~~~ "Whose Greenlight?" Lily asked. [this cat is weird. why does she look like me] The cat replied in a hushed tone "good. don't ever trust anyone named greenlight" "okay. are we going to speak like this from now on?" The other cat smiled and laughed "No! It's good. Now wake up!" "Wake up Lily!" Lily opened her eyes and saw Cooper leaning over her. She smiled and pushed him off "Shoo!" ~~~ Spotpaw hoped he did the right thing in warning himself. "Hello Spotpaw" said Greenlight from behind him. To be continued.
