dull: he's not really much to look at but he's sweet oh and whenever he picks up a weapon he gets very scary and has the urge to kill. lucia: named for lucia nanami she is very shy and left her octo squadron because she was mentally scarred by dull. and is later very conflicted on whether or not she should forgive him or not. also her hair is diff bc she changed it when she came to inkopolis.
© May 02, 2022 i drew all of it and the characters are mine i could have done better on paper on making dull scary but i mean he is dull so.. i dont like the way dull looks anymore i mean hes supposed to not look handsome but hes also not supposed to look horrible
