I did the research this morning, but decided to help other people by posting it here :) --- TL;DR: There is no /huge/ threat to gay marriage, but there are concerns relating to it's status as being federally protected. --- Genuinely, this shouldn't be something to stress about. They're things that are being brought up to raise awareness for our rights, and how technicalities and new rules can affect us. Rulings like this can affect everyone, not just the target audience. --- Federal Rights/Protections: rights protected by the government. Your state can't ban these rights. State Rights/Protections: right protected by the state. These laws can change depending on where you live.
