This is for kids between 7 and 14 only 1. Tell your friend/s about it or tell a trusted adult 2. Write down what exactly you think is worrying you and relay the events that's happened recently in your head so you can understand why you feel so bad 3. Do things that relax you and make you happy 4. Get outside, go for a walk (if you're old enough on your own) and get away everything. 5. Think of ways that will prevent worrying and distract you 6. Try to get some sleep, this will ultimately affect how you feel every day so is most important 7. Try not to think too much 8. Cry as much as you want - I think you always feel better after a good cry 9. Take a break from your life and spend a minute sitting outside class or in your room just zoning out. 10. Listen to advice from others and what they think
