PROLOGUE: I always wanted to do a perfect platformer . And after many failed projects to make the platformer engine, I finally made this succesful game! TUTORIALS and CREDIT: I have to thank scratch tutorials that I found online, it really helped me A LOT. The reason why this is more like a Minecraft platformer is because I always liked Minecraft and I wanted to make this game Minecraft-themed but not entirely Minecraft. And I have to credit: -Minecraft songs MAKING OF THIS GAME: I used the platformer engine I gathered online and I added : -custom levels -custom objects -custom background (clouds and sun) ALPHA VERSION: For those who don't know about alpha version of games, it's basically like a demo, there are like still unadded things and random bugs. THINGS THAT I'M TRYING TO FIX AND ADD: - A certain border for the clouds to only move in an area - To make lava more realistic - Checkpoints - To make a realisitc level - Double jump (first on my list) - More interesting levels - A interesting and deep story - Cutscenes for certain points of the story - A menu page - Difficulty levels - Make the level difficulty well-balanced and minimise gamer rage - Enemies - 15 different types of enemies - 1 boss ONLY - skill tree - different weapons - Make this game a 40 minute gamplay - A saving system in case you want to leave from the game - Different background - A scrolling platformer - Voicelines - References from Star Wars - An awesome ending - Different endings - Collectibles throughout the game - Bonus section after you finished the game - Some 2D effects like snow to add realism - Lastly, a difficulty for intense gamers who can handle intense rage EPILOGUE: I know its a really long wishlist and mostly all of them are easier said than done and would be needed to start from scratch (no pun intended) It dawned on me that I would need to spend 40+ hours to search for tutorials, coding, fixing and bugs. Unfortuanately, 2022 is an important school year for me and I need to spend most time on studying but I will try to be a man of his word. BUT!!!!!!: I really appreciate it if you like, subscribe and follow?????? Anyway, clicking those two buttons would really motivate me to continue this scratch adventure. Also, if you're a coding master, you can comment me if there are any additional bugs and things you want to add to my game. And that's the end of the credits. (and I'm sorry if you cannot understand the idioms I used in it) To be honest, I'm genuily happy that you are playing my first platformer and I really appreciate it. Hala VIsta.
