A sprite I made of the worlds 2nd most brilliant doctor! Made this because now I have an excuse as to why Starline is my profile pic. Seriously though, I LOVE this character. He is basically a die-hard Eggman fan, and wants to help him take over the world! If you want to know more about him, I HIGHLY suggest reading the Sonic IDW comics. They are REALLY good!
